I try to create clever titles for my review posts, but sometimes the title of the toy is so long that it takes up all my space. That’s what we’re dealing with here in my Funzze Sucking & Licking Vibrator review. Fortunately, the Lick/Suck (as I’m choosing to abbreviate it) is a good time: powerful stimulation in a small package.
First Impressions
The Lick/Suck comes in a black cardboard box with the Funzze brand on the top.
The Lick/Suck comes with a charging cable, instructions, and a gold satin storage bag.
The actual vibrator is purple silicone with two ends. You guessed it: one for licking and one for sucking. There are three buttons (power, + and -) along with a charging port.
This is a small, palm-sized toy, but that doesn’t mean it’s not fully capable of getting the job done.
In Use
The Funzze Sucking & Licking Vibrator has two ends controlled by one set of buttons. When you turn the toy on, the licking and sucking ends both turn on. I found this very convenient: the ends don’t get in each other’s way, and it’s easy to switch between them.
I tried both ends and I strongly prefer the sucking end. The licking end has a silicone tongue that flicks back and forth in different speeds and patterns. If pressed hard against my body, the motor of the licking end doesn’t have enough oomph to still move very far. So to get the sensation, I have to hold it much more lightly against my skin. This required more focused attention than I want to apply when I’m trying to get off. Also, the silicone tongue is quite firm, so it’s a very intense sensation. I like more delicacy on my bits. This end works fine, but it isn’t my favorite.
The sucking end works like other pressure wave stimulators: it uses air to stimulate the clitoris. The sucking end was strong and effective, even on the lowest setting. But if you don’t like the lowest setting, there are many others to choose from! It formed a firm seal. From there, it was a speed run to climax.
Kudos and Caveats
Kudos for aesthetics. The Funzze lick/suck is a clit stimulator that looks innocuous and is comfortable to hold.
More kudos for giving me a storage bag. I think all toys should come with a storage bag, especially those that require a cable for charging.
Additional kudos for versatility. It has two ends and they have different functions. You may like both, but you’ll probably like at least one. It’s lovely when a toy gives options.
Caveat: when not pressed against the body, this toy is somewhat louder than my other pressure wave devices. Since both ends are operational at once, there’s no real way to quiet it down. It’s still pretty quiet under blankets, but definitely not silent.
Kudos for waterproofing. Even though this is one of the stabby kinds of chargers, the device is waterproof for shower or bath use.
Big kudos for price. At only $29.99, this is a budget-friendly sex toy with versatility and power of a toy twice its price.
Final Thoughts
The Funzze Sucking & Licking Vibrator has a name twice as big as its actual size and two forms of stimulation. While I had a clear preference for one end over the other, I think having the options is ideal. At this price point, it’s a perfect entry-level clit stimulation toy that also works on other erogenous zones. Don’t let the long name scare you, and consider getting yourself a Funzze Licking & Sucking vibrator to get through those cold winter nights.
