Honey Play Box Vibrosa Review: Stealth Egg Vibrator Fun Times

Wearable egg vibrators are a lot of fun, and I am happy to be on the blog today reviewing the Vibrosa from Honey Play Box. This app-controlled wearable double-egg vibrator is fun for solo or partnered play, with interesting vibration patterns, good battery life, and a quiet motor. Let’s get into it!

First Impressions

The Vibrosa comes in a pretty pink box with an image of the toy on it.

Open it up, and you get everything here.

Vibrosa with cord and bag

The Vibrosa comes with a charging cord, user manual, and an incredibly gigantic storage bag. Seriously, it’s roomy. You could pack five or six Vibrosas in here.

Here’s a better look at the toy.

The Vibrosa consists of an insertable portion with two egg-shaped vibrators and an external antenna arm. The single control button (and charging connection point) are situated at the end of that external antenna. It charges with magnetic induction charging. As you can see, the toy is ombre, so the parts of the eggs that press against you internally are darker pink. It’s a nice effect, although at first I thought I’d gotten one that was bleached in a store window or something.

Anyway! Let’s talk about function.

In Use

The Vibrosa can be controlled through the button or through the app. The Honey Play Box app is like a lot of other remote apps: it has features to control the two vibrators independently, sync up to music, or cycle through the patterns. It can also connect to a partner. The Vibrosa also has pressure-sensing settings in the app, where it detects pelvic floor contractions and responds with vibrations of equal intensity.

The two vibrators are effective, if a bit buzzy rather than purely rumbly. You can choose patterns that alternate between the two vibrators or those that have them both on at the same time. Because of the dual-egg structure, you get two points of stimulation internally. Changing the depth of insertion affects where you feel those vibrations.

I had a lot of fun playing with the Vibrosa, but internal vibration alone is generally not enough to get me off. I had to pair it with external stimulation to get where I wanted to go. For people who come easily from internal vibration alone, this might be sufficient. It’s well-shaped to provide good stimulation, which I liked.

A note before I move on: The Vibrosa is marketed as a discreet public play toy. It’s notably quiet when inserted, although I wouldn’t recommend using it in a very quiet setting. As always, if you’re playing in public, be mindful not to involve bystanders by letting anyone have a sense of what you’re doing. Strangers around you do not want to be part of your sex play.

Kudos and Caveats

Kudos for the dual-egg structure. No matter how deeply I inserted it, something was always against my g-spot, which is good planning on their part.

More kudos for having each vibrator independently controlled (at least when you’re using the app). Caveat: I wish there was a basic remote instead of just an app, since I don’t always like playing while using my phone, but I can’t access all the features just from the push-button. This is a quibble, I know.

Kudos for Bluetooth connectivity that stays connected.

Additional kudos for waterproofing. Easy to clean, easy to take in the bath or shower, all-around good planning.

Mixed kudos for the gigantic storage bag, which is certainly roomy but takes up more space than it needs to in my toy storage.

Kudos for battery life: charges in under an hour, lasts for five hours. Good stuff.

Caveat for somewhat buzzy vibrations. Deeper, rumblier vibrations would go a long way for an internal toy. I might even be able to get off if the vibrations were a different type. They aren’t the cheap surface buzzy vibes, and they are strong enough to be felt, but they aren’t as intense as other types of toys.

Final Thoughts

The Vibrosa is a really good egg-style vibrator. The dual eggs means more stimulation while still being wearable. The vibrations aren’t perfect, but they’re strong and effective. If you need clitoral stimulation, it’s not going to get you off, but that doesn’t mean it’s not a good time. Whether for public play, long-distance connection, or solo time while you’re doing the laundry, Vibrosa is a fun toy with good potential.

And, because it’s the holidays…Vibrosa is on sale! You can get it directly from Honey Play Box.
